A senior telecommunications economist and market & policy strategist with more than 30 years of international experience in the telecom industry, Mr. Dymond combines a technical, professional engineering background with post-graduate qualifications in economics, extensive market research, business planning, and commercial service experience. He specialises in strategic evaluation, due diligence, planning and policy formulation for IT services and products in emerging markets. His consulting expertise also spans the areas of business analysis, sector reform & restructuring, privatisation and regulation, and he is a recognised world expert in the commercialisation and regulation of rural telecommunications and Internet services.
Mr. Dymond is the Managing Director and Founder of Intelecon. In the course of his career, he has worked for public and private sector telecommunications operators, commercial and development financial institutions, regulatory authorities, government ministries, the manufacturing industry and users.
